By the time you deduct short term capital gains tax, what do you make. I guess some could rationalize it if they are in the lowest tax bracket and not making much from trading. No thanks, not for me. I'd rather have long-term capital gains when the stock reaches above $100.
Yes I know. That would make this a $2.2B stock which is possible when VERB dominates their market over the coming years.
06/20/2019 $2.4 $2.75
06/19/2019 $2.58 $2.7
06/18/2019 $2.2 $2.25
06/17/2019 $1.95 $2.05
06/14/2019 $1.71 $1.79
Here's a list of my milestones. I believe the first 3 are coming much quicker than people realize as I believe the market will figure out shortly the value of the company is much higher than $110M @ $5. For those that had guts and bought a $1 and change you will have tripled your money in a short period. For those buying now, sorry, you will have only doubled it and will have to wait a bit longer
1.) Above the offering price of $3.13
2.) Above the warrant exercise price of $3.443
3.) Above $5 so even more institutions can buy in
4.) Above $23 which would put the company above a $500 market cap
4.) Above $45 which would put the stock back up to where we were last year, even before all the progress and revenue this year and put the company above $1B cap
"But the truth is that the company is doing extraordinarily well On target to break our own projections and dominate our market."
Keep in mind these this is a pro company board and these are forward looking statements. I'd like driving forward better than driving backwards.
