I don't think we could have asked for anything more from Joe and the 3 partners. They obviously trust Joe and they all have significant skin in the game. It fosters investor confidence and help us hold on when things don't go so well.
The 1:1 dividend gives us twice as many shares but only 67% dilution. Execution is still the key to long term success, but management's efforts, you can even call it generosity, give investors motivation to be patient.
