Put in a GTC sell order for $5 and refresh it whenever it expires. If volume drops off enough to where a buy order for a few hundred shares drives the price sharply up, you could get that $5/share for some of your shares. It happens. Some optimistic shareholder might find some reason to drive the share price up or play games and might buy your shares.
I doubt anyone would throw $2M at an ultra low penny stock but $10,000 might not be out of the question. Maybe putting in a permanent limit sell for closer to $0.25 might let you collect on any errant buy orders better than at $5.
