I tried that at Fidelity and was told I didn't have access to foreign exchanges. I may speak with them about making changes on my account, if it's possible with them. I bought more NWBO instead and right now don't have any more dry powder.
Do you know of any other sites where investors are more involved with this stock, I'd certainly like to hear from some more people. I realize that right now this company is flying under the radar, just a little good news could make this a ten banger or more in a matter of days IMHO.
