Army, very good. Anyone who is so stupid as to think that Doctor Dalton cannot receive an award and cannot speak about it because FINRA or the SEC has not given their approval is too stupid to be invested here. Since when did FINRA and the SEC dictate who can and cannot recieve an award, and have they ever told anyone they cannot speak about why the award was given? Such stupidity!
