Huge news today? I doubt it because we have not seen the name change at FINRA or the OTC Markets yet. Yes, he has to follow the "rules" on insider trading as we are a publicly traded stock, IMO. I don't think the 15-12g negates those rules. I don't expect any big release of the Kraken today, UNVC mentioned, yes, IMO.
So are we going to "tank" without big news? From .03+ without news then I would say sure, but the traders are pretty much gone and we are only at .013 so a huge sell off, I doubt it, but lower probably. But you need to remember that we know more now than at the time of HGF. In particular, a retired Merk executive added to UNVC board of directors. So if the MM's want to take it down, so be it, I know what I own, the DD here is excellent and numerous. It will pop right back up in anticipation of financials and news to be released soon enough, IMO.
I look at these two conferences as "rub elbows, make contacts and continue relationships". Look at the information, the dots, look at the HGF video, if you can't see the big picture, sell and move on to your typical stinky pinky play. This one is soon to be a life changer to those with patience, IMO. G.L.T.A.
