You are so correct. I've been trying to pickup shares, setting my bid just above the listed bid price with an "All or none" bid and they haven't touched me but yet they will sell 1,000 shares at their lower bid price. There are no large quantities of shares at these prices available unless some hopeless long term shareholder finally gives in (unfortunate for him/her).
