He wasn't an officer like Blackington was so it wasn't required to report the change in the original employment arrangement. However, the bashholes like Tiverton would have you believe that Gillen left "because he discovered something bad" which is total bull shit.
He did not leave his salaried position on a bad note. He was more than happy to work with us on a "results" basis where compensation is concerned. A very respectable and reasonable decision, especially considering that we don't need to pay anyone a salary while we wait several months for a distribution company to enter a particular market.
Doug is a very gracious, friendly business professional. Prior to the company cutting out excessive transparency, he was more than kind enough to correspond with some of us.
