What's the difference between this dividend and th

What's the difference between this dividend and the last 1/20. If the ex date is the 22st and is not payable until the up list, isn't there the issue of buying between the two periods and owing the seller the dividend. That was all to confusing for me. I see this as a way of stretching out interest until things can be glued together.
