I have a small fortune invested in this company, including a recent tender of all warrants, and have a right to opine upon who I think should be leading this company, as this has a direct economic impact upon me.
If you objectively considered Pourhassan's background and experience, or lack thereof, you would realize he is ill suited to be running a company that hopes to some day become a prominent biotech.
I have invested in a number of clinical stage biotechs, and have, without exception, strongly supported the CEO's. So, when I advocate for the replacement of Pourhassan, I do so not because this is what I typically do, but because I believe we can do MUCH better with a more competent CEO who has greater credibility, and the appropriate demeanor, to run a company such as this.
It would also be a plus if our new CEO were to invest his own money in the company, along with the shareholders, and a number of board members, who have invested heavily in CYDY.
You have every right to continue to support Pourhassan, just as I have the right to express my contrary views.
However, if you are a CYDY investor, you should hope that my voice is heard by the BOD, and Pourhassan is replaced, and soon.
