So... Bill is going to disappear and leave the ticker get revoked due to no filings...awesome. That's just Great . Thanks TPAC. All shareholders will lose 100% with the current plan. I continue to wonder why management does not pursue a small reverse split with a new business direction to correct all falsified failed endeavors. Shouldn't be too hard with the state TPAC is incorporated in. Filings are needed.
