I appreciate your point of view... but...@ just under .03 CB... for me...it's not too far a stretch to be sure...but I've played my hand at this point in time. The same could be said for the ask...and if L2 was to be believed ..within 2K or so..we are sitting @ .03 .
And yet, while the longs...given that they'll just go down with the ship because they're so far under at this point...it makes little sense to sell. The question then turns obvious...what is going on with PTO ...with these supposed options to either produce, sell, license, partner... communicate... and NONE of it (beyond filing) is happening.
I no longer care about who holds what...for how long...what value can be attributed to that "asset" ...a gross naked short position...or anything other than what Heddle communicates to shareholders that is the least bit positive...without having to guess..or hypothesize ... or banter about simply because his reluctance to communicate apparently seems to be his only "ace in the hole".
It's inappropriate to run a public company in this manner ...I'm sorry...while I respect the guy for being self-made...and a spirited entrepreneur..AND successful in business....he should otherwise be passing this off to someone who really wants to be supported by his shareholder base and at the very least communicate ...beyond filing...what is going on with this (our) Company!! This is BS...and anyone who wishes can C &P this into an email to the company...and inform the Board..how some genuine supporters of the concept...the field..the environment...and this Company...feel about the treatment and investment.
While we know why nobody is selling...the question we should all be asking Heddle is why aren't you encouraging your base to reinvest!?? Pathetic! IMO
