Now it's official. Revenue $4,001,000 VERB Dir

VERB Direct (SC) is still net income positive even after almost $700K of R&D. Not easy to do, when you are growing.
Was thinking last week it wouldn't take much of anything to get this back over $3 in a week or so which is only .20 pre-split. After all, you had 40 institutions view that as a bargain. $3 is only a $66M market cap which is still way undervalued in my opinion. Not only does VERB have a lot of potential but you are now a few months post acquisition of a company that is growing at a far greater pace than the other CRMs.
Now getting to $15 ($1 pre-split) which hasn't been too hard to do in the past would happen when the company shows revenue and proof this is taking off like we all expected. @ $15, that is a $330M market cap which, at the moment, is 20x multiple of revenues which would be fair for a company that is showing revenues, confirmed growth and future potential.
Check, check, check
Everyone should do their own DD and not get it off a messageboard. If you think $330M is a fair valuation for the company now, next month, next quarter or even next year. That is a x7 multiple of where the stock is at the moment.
Oh, almost forgot, "The combined pro forma financial information does not reflect the realization of any expected cost savings or other synergies from the acquisition of Verb Direct."
Read that carefully
