The price is being kept down by some MM's to allow a "trading group" or "single deep pocket person" to accumulate under .016 while there still is the opportunity to accumulate around .015 !!
All my own opinion
ASCM was that MM over the past 3 weeks, however I did not see ASCM on L2 today at all.
