Anyone who participates in endurance sports or has family/friends who do will want to read on.
I have been wearing an ActiPatch on both Quadriceps, thigh muscles, for 24 hours before my cycle rides, during the rides, and for 24 hours after the rides. My rides are 50-85 miles each and I do 3 per week.
To date I have noticed a 10 percent increase in the watts, a cycling power measurement, that I am producing and I feel less drained at the end of the rides. I felt good enough to up my ride last Saturday to 103 miles and could still do a bit of sprinting in the final 10 miles.
