Dear Sir,
I apologize for what is a generic response that I am sending to all of our shareholders whom have contacted us.
Firstly, we truly appreciate your questions and indeed, your concerns.
Secondly, yes, we agree an Update on a National Press Release is now required, post re-establishing ourselves as “PINK CURRENT” on the OTC Markets.
To summarize;-
We will be communicating with our shareholders on a number of topics as raised by our shareholders and issues that we wish to address. HOWEVER, we do wish to satisfactorily resolve certain “Key and material” issues. These to be included in that Press Release. I am prepared to say that we will be communicating on either or Tuesday or on Wednesday and prior to the Market Open. It would be improper for me to individually address any of these issues with any individual shareholder prior to a public statement.
Secondly, as is publicly known, we are conducting due diligence and are in negotiations with a fair number of Cannabis/Hemp related businesses. These range from acquisitions, Licensing and Joint Venture Agreements. This naturally also involves ongoing negotiations with the financing of these transactions as we are not prepared to issue further shares of our Common Stock at these ridiculously low price levels.
Whilst we are aware that many shareholders are not interested in our Mining Exploration Portfolio; the extraction of value from the same (for the benefit of all of our shareholders) is of paramount importance; hence both Ted and I still remaining as Directors. The new found bullish view on Gold with potential further upside in the price of that metal (in our opinion); has resulted in additional time and resources being expended upon concluding a transaction as we have long promised. Many shareholders fail to recognize that we have never capitalized any value of these interests on our Balance Sheet. We have always taken full Impairment Charges over those interests and for a number of years now.
Finally, we are hoping to include in the Press Release, a substantial transaction that was “on hold”, as previously announced; until we became “PINK CURRENT”.
I will be very happy to address further issues post the Press Release and please feel free to share any other thoughts, concerns, etc. with ourselves. We are noting and indeed, addressing them.
