i am always *amused* by the efforts of NR

the easiest aspect NR (non retail) has against an OTC target
is the manipulation of said OTC targets' PPS

that allows the CONstant hue and cry of *gasp* look at the price
which then in turn allows NRs' *efforts* to yammer about the *market*

does the *market* illegally manipulate by rote? .. because that is what
NR does when they are upside down on an OTC target like P2O/PTOI

as for the bids of size (300000/500000/600000 flashing over the last two months or so) ..
time will tell exactly why they are in play on PTOI

it's either another trading crew entering to run PTOI (which would be beyond
ironic) .. because with the exception of front loading PTOI shares *easily*
(will take some time and clearly has to be done above 3c) .. PTOI *imo* can
be run to the level where CEO first infused multiple millions (9.30.13) .. that
30c to 35c PPS *range* .. or it's an ancillary entity who has gleaned something
specific .. could be related to the patent out of Canada .. or a site under discussion

what can be shown and proven .. are that actual P2O investors providing bid support
get nickle and dimed .. or bypassed .. for weeks on end for bids of any size

NR takes a 10000 sized bid .. and *sells* 370 shares so that the GTC of 10000 doesn't show

then instead of filling the balance .. NR *feeds* a targeted trade to a colluding entity at a lower PPS ..

this is done by rote .. every week on PTOI

there has been approx 22M in *volume* done since last July (2018)

pps range in that time .. 008 to 08

what NR has an *issue* with .. hasn't changed since first time PTOI was
illegally manipulated back in 2009 .. are actual P2O investors .. versus those that play
them on various SMBs (and those who trade .. cause there are far easier
OTC targets to trade)

that is why *volume* .. or lack there of .. matters

an *entity* that isn't retail .. has gone to a hell of a lot of *effort* to amp volume on PTOI since 1.29.19's 1M~ *volume day* (volume last seen in June 2017.. tho' not
exactly apples to apples with 1.29.19's hidden trades .. %s of .. in play)

curious to see the next round undertaken on PTOI ..
