That's a very broad statement that could mean just about anything.
"As far as Buyback was concerned, it was posted by KAY on his twitter handle and on a Q & A session but not on any sec filings."
"All these wild imaginations and speculation are born from KAY's communications to Shareholders either via email or interview"
I do blame Kay for fueling that speculation - for example by saying that a stock buyback wasn't out of the question, when in fact it wasn't realistic given SFOR's financial condition. I stopped paying attantion to what Kay says since his projections have been way, way, way off and just concentrate on the results in the quarterly and yearly reports.
