I would suggest checking wherever you saw the official notice of a hearing, and maybe there'll be something there. Otherwise, what the company has for news of progress is apparently being held close to the vest until such time as they are ready to shove it way into the shorting crowd's back 40. We'll find out then for sure, and a fine day it'll be!! lol
