Im not sure any money could be made here with out a reverse split. If I remember correctly the last pump and dump Bill did with the ICO there was over 2 billion shares traded and the price only briefly hit .0002 and then right back to .0001 and no bid. Less than a handful of .0002's sold. The O/S here has to be in the 12- 16 billion range now. My personal opinion is that without a R/S this would never have a chance unless BOEING buys them out. With the latest issues at BOEING and the 737 Max Im not sure that would even move this stock.

Bill needs to first file the Form 15 and protect TPAC and its holders. If he doesnt do that there will be no need for anything because the ticker will be deleted and everything lost.
