Great news today! Interesting that the 2 reactors

Interesting that the 2 reactors must already be built if delivery will be a little over two weeks from now. QMC evidently did not have to wait on the deposit money to have them built. It's extremely positive in that assumptions about waiting times for anything QMC will do need to be moved closer to today.
I have said before there is no need to wait for the construction of a building to start training or production. The reactors can be sited in labs easily, anywhere in Gutahawi.
Squires announced in the PR a number of products/industries being discussed with Indian OEMs. Of course that is "down the road". I hope our Google Earth experts can let us know about possible Factories being built in the Tech City land set aside for ground leases for the Advantage Assam investing manufacturers.(I know many will not be Nanotech related, but some will be.)
Clearly, Squires has assured QMC's future revenue by the Assam JV. That is the path to a positive P&L with this years revenues and future royalties on products. Besides displays, QDLED for Solid-state Lighting, QD Solar, Sensors and a new reference to energy storage are all products that are now or may be under development in India.
All of India is our primary market but not our only potential market. Any or all of the infrastructure can be duplicated in other nations or with consortiums or large corporations. The JV business model simplifies business initiation with similar terms for all. This is a position of strength.
Those who understand this concept can just wait with confidence for developing products to become revenue. While it takes some time, it is because of the size and scope of the work, while focusing on perfecting a prototype for future endeavors, which will then be ready to go when bought which is taking time. This is ensuring the future. One business model, multiple huge industries, cookie cutter type factories.
If each of the two reactors announced today are capable of annual production of 4000 Kilos (4 metric tons) of quantum dots that means that QMC is among the top manufacturers in the industry. A big difference is Nanosys said the other day it would take them a year to double their batch production but evidently QMC just add a couple of reactors to do the same.
Finally, I want to point out that the Display industry is predicted to be down this year, with one reason being cheaper, "good enough", but low profit displays being bought. Next year will be the year of 8K huge displays which benefit from using QD and can be profitable for the OEMs. The Japan Olympics itself will be the advertisement for them with signage size wall displays. The current low end market is cannibalizing itself at the end of a technology cycle, like display market analyst Ian Hendy says electronics industries always do. The LED market is another example. Prices and profits get squeezed in frenzy of cutthroat competition. That is why positioning for the next generation or product cycle with QMC QDLED for SSL is so important, and why development of a diverse number of products in different industries is also very necessary.
