Steve most likely will take co private.
How it effects shareholders .i do not know.
Its easier for him .doesnt have to file and file and make reports and pr nor tweet.nor deal with shareholders nor posters.
This pink sheet business is only for selling shares on most of these stocks.unless you have good clean funding.if not you must resort to fake pr / hype.triple meanings of the WORDS you tweet etc
So if shareholders get a fare deal if he takes co private then its a win for all
