What is curious is that there have been no filings for 2017, 2018, and 2019 Delaware Annual Reports for On4 Communications. It's not much money...a couple thousand bucks.
And we know that the Colorado filing for Hexagon Holdings is delinquent. Again, only $100 to cure the delinquency.
What would be Berman's reason for ignoring BOTH Delaware and Colorado?
