Good points and I completely agree. Any funds raised via TO are better than previous raises. I don’t think or hope that they don’t revert back to that type of raises again. I fully understand the warrant holders who didn’t convert due to holding a lottery ticket that doesn’t require any more capital. I still believe they will later convert at a higher price once the science breaks through and takes this stock to profitable valuations for them. While it makes things more risky in the short term, as an open market investor I prefer this option as the company gets more value from the warrant and is shareholders have a half share less dilution. Let’s get the TNBC started and BLA filed. Like NP, I’m 99.9% confident this investment will work out great longer term.
