Thanks for posting that GS. The ability to expand into different themes is so important in attracting new patrons. It also gives returning patrons something different.

Ben and his team are doing a great job at all the locations.

Flippers, day traders might make a few dollars here and there but the long term investor will become wealthy with 1/2 the work.
