Ulmadi, i love your buy out numbers but .10 (I'm afraid) is fantasy Island and .05 is probably a dream.BUT, here is what i will do, if we get bought out for .10, i will buy you a new car (of my choice) i hope you are right. the beach house i want is 2.3 m, so that would cover it!
