I hope the pharmacological or IT industries have been generous contributors to Mitch McConnell's reelection campaigns in the past. Anybody have his disclosed campaign contributors list?
Your point about "favorable to him or certain companies" just might motivate him to schedule a floor vote before the August recess since there is a lot of money riding on it for the Alice affected companies IMHO.
