Something is not adding up. Taking the last 4 q

Taking the last 4 quarters of trailing earnings ($1,790,017), and even it the O/S is 5 Billion, and applying a PE of 5, we should be trading at .0017.
With O/S of say 3.5 Billion, the PPS with a PE of 5 should be .0025.
Why does a company with trailing earnings of 61% growth (last 4 quarters vs. the same 4 quarters in the prior year) have a PE of less than 5?
Maybe I'm hung up on PE ratios, but this tells me the market either doesn't believe the earnings, or we are in for a major correction to the upside??
