Yes , but with cancers like TNBC imo they don’t need many patients improving in order to approve safe medicine...
I be very surprise if they be waiting for hundred patients and couple years of having good results before they approve medicine...
This actually will be criminal act imo ..

One is never sure with FDA , but I remember they approved for rare disease medicine with few patients only ..
Please don’t ask me what disease since it was very long time ago and I don’t remember .,,
