Henry has diluted PHIL in order to make acquisitions like VINAFILMS, SAIGON PHO PALACE and most recently entered into memorandum of understanding with Vietnam Govt for construction of ASIAN DIAMON EXCHANGE. Now everyone's eyes and ears are waiting for ASE to take off with RAIF FUNDS paving way for PHIL to be uplisted on Nasdaq at 4-5 dollars per share. imo
