Mo, what’s off-topic can be subjective. If anything not related to IPIX is off-topic, then NSS in general or NSS in another company should be considered as such, regardless of whom the poster is. Besides, there’s a dedicated board for NSS discussion.
You’ll probably agreee that NSS / short sales is a controversial topic. Providing another point of view to such posts shouldn’t be considered as initiating a conflict. To me posting the same controversial topic multiple times a day should be considered as initiating a conflict. At the very least those posts should be considered as spams because they are posted multiple times a day. We should either allow both side of views or don’t allow any. You said to put certain posters on ignore if you don’t agree. That’s like me posting something conversial multiple times a day then asking you to just put me on ignore. As a shareholder your first reaction is probably to respond. After all, this is a message board and the purpose is to express opinions.
As for who is a long standing and proven investor, I was invested three years before Alan and I can prove it with a screenshot of my first buy. My posting history here and over there can also be proof. Alan show up right after Mako’s attack. If someone disagrees with me, I wouldn’t remove their posts just because I consider myself as a long standing and proven investor. The same should be said for posts not agreeing with 4kids and AlanC. Mods should delete posts if violation is obvious, but they shouldn’t be the judge, jury and executioner on who’s right or wrong. If you delete posts you don’t think it’s true (they must be lies if false), then this board will be left with either pro-IPIX or NSS / short sale posts.
