Doctor Dalton owns his own payment system that automatically bills Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance companies on a system that he helped build. This same system now also helps veterans through the V.A. Pharmacies throughout the United States bill on this same system (the system Dalton helped build), and Dalton knew in advance Univec must be part of the Veterans Health System, and now it is.
