The Delaware debt was ALWAYS $1200. Even Berman admitted that in his tweets. The DE website puts that ridiculous number on their website to shock companies into contacting them. Berman could have resolved it years earlier but chose not to. He still has to file pay for 2017, 2018, and 2019 annual reports. Must be too much work for him.
