Rarely will insurance companies pay for off label and Medicare will only do so if the off label is related to an approved indication. At $120,000 off label will be extremely rare.
Off label is why Cytodyn needs the same price for all indications. Otherwise you would see the cheaper indication prescription used for the more expensive.
