No one should be using the current pps as THE indicator of the company's progress. Even on the big boards it's foolhardy to start and stop your dd on a company with it's share price, and it definitely doesn't work with companies trading on the OTC exchange.
OTC stocks are simply too heavily manipulated for the pps to be an accurate means by which to gauge the true worth of a company, nor does it accurately reveal the true upside potential of a company for the same reasons.
Due to the willy-nilly trading activity by flippers, and the orchestrated manipulation by stealth market thieves, most OTC stocks will fluctuate from way oversold to way overbought, therefore making poor indicators. Stick to the known facts.
Myself and at least one other poster warned that we might see a slump like this post split, until big contract and/or purchase order news was released to renew buying interest. There are several things on deck that'll make that happen when announced. IMHO, patience will pay off here.
