Well...this really sucks what we have here. SB again very late in bringing game-changing news to the table. IMO yesterday's news was tweet-worthy but not PR-worthy. More forward-looking potential pump-speak that got us nowhere. It's certainly great for future opportunities but not what we need right now.
We need PL2 and the ads. He's been pumping this deal for months, it's time we got a sneak peek.
As for dilution, I really don't think we are going to see much of it on the Q2. I asked SB about the share structure on the registration offering and he said that was drawn up before the share reduction. Q2 will be very revealing regarding this.
I've been a big supporter of the man and his company, and I want to keep believing it all but more and more everyday I'm leaning toward how the market feels--frustrated and disbelieving. I will give SB every opportunity to win longs back, but he is losing them daily, myself included.
At this point, now down 75% despite having averaged down (regretting that one buy at .009). I am go long or go home. I'm just waiting for the PR about a meeting with Geico or Progressive--you know it's coming. Then, we'll get silence. Or, maybe we will get the deal...that's what we need right now.
Other catalysts include SIfthouse and Giftcard websites going live. Not holding my breath on hedgefund investor, but if this happens it will be just as good as an audit.
I do believe the FINS are real. I do believe the product is available in multiple dealerships. I do also believe that AR is so high because the units are a slow seller at retail for some dealers. But without these apps, ONCI is nothing but potential.
We should see another round of buying starting today as this has become a flippers dream from .0006 to .0012.
Now we wait for Q2 and hope for the best.
