“Anyways, the "onward and upward" comment means nothing with unlimited AS.”
The onward and upward comment was with respect to life, not business, but life. One overcomes obstacles and moves onward and upward. Life is full of challenges that we must all overcome.

“CEO needs to explain more. A medical condition does not justify taking shareholder money. There are GoFundMe accounts that can be opened for that and with proof, they would be funded.”
I was diagnosed with cancer on July 5, 2017. Assuming that I did sell shares, which I have never done, there have been minimal transactions since July 5, 2017, so how could I have taken shareholder money at any time, but in particular, from July 5, 2017 until now? As an officer, I cannot hold shares in an ordinary account since my shares are restricted. In order to lift a restriction, I would need to file with the SEC. Since we were not current as of July, 2017, how could I have gotten a restriction lifted and sold shares at all, much less by not disclosing the transaction? No brokerage house would have touched those shares. What you’re suggesting is impossible. With respect to a GoFundMe Account, why would I need that? All costs at City of Hope are covered by insurance and the hospital. The only GoFundMe Account I would consider would be one for the children I see there every time I go in. This is an insidious disease. It is brutal in its cruelty. My bout was extremely easy, painless and shouldn’t evoke any sympathy toward me. It was a challenge, like a cold. The only difficulty I experienced was seeing little kids go through this. They’re the ones that deserve sympathy and a GoFundMe Account. I never once felt sorry for myself, never once wanted, expected or asked for sympathy and never once felt that this was going to be anything other than a nuisance. You can accuse me all you want and I don’t expect you to stop doing that. I’ve certainly made mistakes in this business and have readily admitted that. But I’m fully invested and determined to see this to success.
