Actually, a 15% increase Q over Q would be a 74.9% increase over the year. The reason it would be higher is because it would compound Q over Q.
For example, if you had 4 MM in Q1, a 15% increase would be 4.6 MM in Q2, and a 15% increase of Q2 would be 5.29 MM in Q3, repeat for Q4 would give 6.0839 MM, and Q1 of the next year would be roughly 7MM.
