Okay let's assume the physical damage wasn't as bad as reported, let's go as step further and assume that the assault was a convenient excuse to postpone the CC without question, why post added commitments, and repeating old claims, maybe they needed more time.
Bottom line is making the share price rise with the expectations of the company. I have no doubt that there was some shady stuff going on in the past, and I have no doubt that many involved in the process of of packaging some of these troubled assets into a new company may be taking advantage of the the shell that was Generex, tax benifits and all, doesn't matter as long as it works. Some times you l earn from the past. If Joe wanted a fast buck, I see a few different ways for him to have gone to personally back loans, give up free shares and talk other various colorful investors to join in the vision, we'll the larger the conspiracy the greater the risk. Maybe it's just an opportunity to fix some broken pieces and turn it into a viable strategy.
