And, once again, lawyers, nor OTC Markets, validates the AUTHENTICITY of the claims a company makes. Lawyers and OTC Markets merely FILE the paperwork and information PROVIDED to them by a company.
If lawyers and OTC Markets validated the figures of a company's books, then why would there ever be a need for auditors?
