TPAC is severely defunct in SEC filings and risks suspension and cancelation of all shares. Bill needs to periodically submit some documents to the SEC to keep the ticker alive for shareholders and has not yet done so in quite some time. Although I keep pursuing this CEO to submit filings, he has not posed any care to the matter. I suggest and also recommend that all shareholders reach out to McKay and ask for a company update to be published through formal filings rather than a message board post.
Posts on a public message board are anonymous whereas updates to OTC Markets, Secretary of State, and the SEC are verified.
Without filings, this stock has no future and all shares will be nullified once suspended and delisted. Unfortunately it seems as though the CEO doesn't seem to give a crap anymore.
