First of all, thank you for the civil post.

As far as Mr. Heddle, I've never said he was incompetent. I don't believe he is incompetent--I believe he knows exactly what he's doing.

I've previously made the point that Mr. Heddle is dishonest, which is different than incompetent. That's from right out of the gate in 2013 when he withheld information about the plant being out of commission all the way to the present where he previously put out a press release about receiving $250k from the directors with the express purpose of fixing the processors...but then that money simply vanished with no explanation.

As far as not caring whether PTOI founder Mr. Bordynuik's statements were fake or not, I think you should care. He is the one who made the statements about producing diesel for less than $10/bbl or less than $0.25/gallon. Those are fantastic but false claims. The math also says that's a lie so what should investors assume is the real number and why should they assume it's profitable at all??

Mr. Heddle stays tight-lipped about PTOI's value proposition. Companies with a real value proposition are very clear about that value because it brings in money and investment. Companies which don't have an actual value proposition know that if they disclosed the actual results then investors would flee. Mr. Heddle falls solidly into the latter category. If the process output isn't worth more than the inputs then scrap plastic should be sold into the thriving market of plastic recycling instead.

Obviously my thesis is that investors will hear silence and excuses from PTOI forever because Mr. Heddle will never come out and tell investors that the process isn't worthwhile. You can see that Mr. Heddle, who knows more about the process than anyone else, decided to take a hard pass on putting any of his own money or directors' money into the process. There's ample evidence that PTOI is a worthless company with a CEO who uses suggestion to avoid fraud charges while pulling in money from anyone who isn't savvy enough to ask questions.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
