Interesting to note that it appears the same company,
Universal Management Association, has another petition for ownership of another Nevada
entity which is in the e-cig business and the custodian hearing is just seven days before the SFI custodian hearing.
It looks like this company is a services company for it's clients to takeover entities and re-task them after acquiring custodianship; mergers, etc.
Perhaps Universal Management Association is representing the same client in these two cases and maybe the plan
is for those two entities to merge? The other case for Gemini Group Global custodianship has the same lawyer as for the SFI custodianship case.
Just a guess but it looks like some interesting things are heating up for SFIO over the next few weeks and months.
