Fandango imo it all comes down to whether CEO collects the
$4M from DIO this summer + the other $1M from the other
company.
IF he cant collect then CEO will just keep diluting shrs
massively to stay alive and I wouldn't be surprised to see him
go back on his word and even do an R/S.
IF he does collect the $5M then its GAME ON and we'll likely
get the BUYBACK starting in SEPT followed up with
news of the VINA AUDIT and if we're real lucky good
news on LUX FUNDS and DIAMOND deal too.
Bottom line PHIL is as HIGH RISK as it gets at this stage.
No one should have $$$ in this they cant afford to lose 100% of.
We'll see what CEO says in the June 7 CC but imo don't
expect anything significant from him. I'm actually surprised
he is even doing a CC considering how much he got
