did Hirsch and the boys really had not choice to give up controlling interest to Discovery for 5MM? They have not been very quiet for years, it's not going to change now.
If you are Discovery which in the business to make money and not to loose money, they pony up 5MM to take control at 2 cents.
Do you think Discovery got a buyer line up? If so, why would current mgmt willing to give up controlling interest and give up close to 70% ownership?
It's not likely you can unload 300MM shares,
A) without filing 1st and
almost impossible to make a profit at this range.. 1MM daily trading volume..
I'm thinking the easiest way/logical way to unload 300MM is through a buyout or merger. We need a few more patents to really justify a $100MM+ buyout offer.
Filing came out after the close? That may explain we are on the edge 2 cents the last few days.. I don't like the 2 cents deal with Discovery but this maybe better then RS. With this 264MM deal, we got diluted by ~70%.
