Reading the messages, I feel a need to reply. Firstly, there are no merger talks, nor discussions with anyone taking over the company. Secondly, the posts under my name are all written by me. Thirdly, I’m alive and still in Southern California and working hard on TPAC. I’m not dead, I’m not on vacation in China or elsewhere and I’m not planning on quitting this until TPAC is successful.
I get almost daily inquiries as to the status of things and why I don’t post news. Over the past 2 years I’ve been through serious medical issues and been dealing with a significant number of potential business transactions that have not materialized into revenue. These included electric bikes, cryptocurrency, wind farms and other projects. I posted news on these discussions and agreements because I believed that they would materialize into deals. Regarding the bike deals, our partner in the USA tried to circumvent us and that deal didn’t materialize. Regarding the wind farm and crypto, which were linked, the person marketing them was simply full of shit. I’m not blaming anyone but me for believing them, and I take full responsibility for posting these deals that didn’t come to fruition, but I’m not going to do that again. It gives the shareholders hope, which may not result in revenue. Therefore, I won’t post details of what we are working on until a deal materializes and produces revenue.
Are we close? I’d like to think so, but if asked that 3-6 months ago I’d have said the same thing. So I don’t want to mislead anyone into thinking that a deal is imminent. However, I continue to work on aerospace and commodity deals and may pick up e transportation again, should we succeed on these other ventures. All I can commit to is that I will continue to work as hard and as long as I can to bring success to TPAC.
