We would be making assumptions "only" (David would have to weight in), as even NTEk does multiple bit rates depending on consumer connection speed "I believe" (the Mpeg-Dash encodes) ott delivery type. but if what we again "make assumptions" Ultraflix encodes 4K Content bit rates of between 6-25 megs "WE ASSUME"!! so with 8K.... lets be conservative... 18-25 Megs... which is where all of Ultraflix's competitors are doing 4K content. Now I'm being conservative because we don't know what NTEK truly can do, and alot depends on local CDN's and what they are capable of handling down stream.... alot of factors I believe, but safe.
