Discovery redeemed the rest of their 433 preferred shares
263,930,000 shares at .02 cents for total proceed of $5,278,600
So, they sold 264MM at .02cent for $5.2MM.
current OS at ~190MM+264MM Discovery = total OS 454MM
The good...
Ok, OWCP manages to resolve the toxic loan by selling 264MM at 02cent a share.. Unless, mgmt up their authorized OS from max of 500MM.
Good or Bad?
Discovery is the majority owner of OWCP? They got almost 300MM out of 454MM? 67% ownership?
Discovery registered all their shares before the tablet result. So essentially Discovery is an investor now? They pretty much brought the majority of the company for 5MM and change.. What's everyone's feedback on this subject?
