Watching Generex is like being at 3 ring circus, you are never sure which clown to follow...are you still a MSO company now that your licenses/contracts got pulled, you shut down your pharmacies, have no doctors and the feds made you get rid of all Veneto executives or be denied applications? are you medical device supplier? are you developing drugs and markets? Wait...add a ring...now you're a HMO? Speaking of, I think we are all curious as to why this guy needs you if he wanted to jump back into the HMO game? You don't have any clout or money.
Also when are we going to hear from the new board members and has the financing been secured? Interesting how you could be well enough to work this "deal" out and yet still not be able to hold a conference call with your investors to update them on all the fairy tales they have been told?
Lastly your attack story doesn't add up. Sounds like a Jesse Smollett scenario, if they brought a gun intending to kill you and spent the time to stalk you until you were alone...I think you would be dead and not nursing a beating. Maybe they let you live so they could watch you keep digging Generex's grave. You say you were attacked in early April and that you know who it is and have all the evidence...why are they not in jail yet? It seems like an open and shut case or will this be another dead end story as told by Joe Moscato?
