I like this good news too. This news was announced by Ropes & Gary, not by USPTO, or Ipwatchdog which are more neutral. Ropes & Gary is on the pro-reform side. Their another paper was very positive also, and they estimated the reform might be done by the end of this year. A paper from ipwatchdog is not so positive. If you read through CyberC's post #55265, you will find the anti-reform power is also strong. I am concerned that the experts on anti-reform side will make it hard to reform Alice 101.
